CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

 

PUMP

A great strength building class that uses weighted barbells and

body bars for total body fitness. All fitness levels

 

Butts, Guts and More

A great muscular strength and endurance workout that uses challenging

exercises for overall body conditioning. All fitness levels

 

CORE Fitness Circuit

A unique strength circuit training class that incorporates balance and

stability exercises while centering around the core muscles of the body.

All fitness levels

 

BOSU Pilates

A great Pilates workout using the BOSU Trainer that will leave you

invigorated and energized. Strengthen and lengthen your muscles

without bulk while gaining flexibility. All fitness levels

 

Mat Pilates

An awesome mat based workout to help strengthen the body from the

inside out while also increasing flexibility. All fitness levels

 

Pilates Stretch

A great mat based class that focuses on stretching and relaxation

while incorporating core Pilates moves. All fitness levels

 

Intro to Yoga

A 45-minute class designed to introduce members to yoga. Beginner

to intermediate fitness levels

 

Gentle Yoga

An excellent beginner class using basic yoga principles focusing on

breathing, balance, flexibility, and the mind body connection in a relaxing

environment. All fitness levels

 

Yoga I (beginner) and 2 (intermediate-Advanced)

A flowing yoga that allows participants to work at their own level while

focusing on breathing.

 

Power Yoga

An ashtanga based yoga class in a heated atmosphere with a series of

postures taught. The class focuses on balance, strength and flexibility.

Prior yoga experience is encouraged. Advanced fitness levels

 

Awesome Abs

A 15-minute workout targeting the abdominal muscles. This class will use different pieces of equipment to target the abdominal and CORE muscles. All fitness levels

 

BOSU to the CORE

A 15-minute workout that uses the BOSU Ball to target core muscles of

the body. All fitness levels

 

Spin and Sculpt

A total body workout on and off the Spinner bike. Interval between

cardiovascular work and muscle strength and endurance for a fun and

challenging workout that incorporates 40 minutes of spinning with 20

minutes of toning. All fitness levels

Zumba

Dance your way to a fitter you. Zumba is exciting & unique!

This class is taking the world by storm with its Latin moves

and rhythms. Intermediate to advanced fitness levels

 

Cardio Salsa

A fun cardio class to get your heart pumping using energetic

dance moves & music. Intermediate to advanced fitness levels

 

 

Intro to Step

A 30-minute instructional class that teaches the basic movements

and cues used in Step aerobics. Beginner fitness levels ONLY

 

Step

A great cardio workout using fun choreography on the step.

Intermediate to advanced fitness levels

 

Cardio Kickboxing

Awesome workout using boxing & martial arts moves. Burn

calories and build strength! Intermediate to advanced fitness levels

 

Sports Conditioning

An awesome cardio workout!! Combining segments of sports-type

conditioning with strength and power moves. Intermediate to advanced

fitness levels

 

BOSU Total Conditioning

A great total body workout using the BOSU balls and other equipment

to help increase muscle strength and endurance. Intermediate

to advanced fitness levels

 

SWEAT

A self paced, high intensity conditioning class set to classic and

modern rock. This class uses a variety of equipment and exercises

to help melt away inches! Intermediate to advanced fitness levels

 

Aqua Aerobics

Total body workout in the water that including a cardio segment,

total body toning and abdominal work. All fitness levels

 

Total Body Workout

An awesome conditioning class that uses med balls, stability balls,

BOSU trainer and other equipment to tone and strengthen the body.

TBF All Star’s include: Bernice, Carolyn, Kacie & Marie All fitness

levels

 

Spinning

A motivating indoor cycling class set to music that incorporates

cardiovascular conditioning, strength and endurance. All fitness levels
